Kerja Sepenuh Masa LOGISTIC MANAGER, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di NSK Trading Selangor - Maukerja

Salary : RM5000 – RM6000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours : 8.00 am - 7.00 pm

Working Days : Monday – Saturday

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, loading and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control all stock movements to minimize discrepancies, damages and losses.
• Plan and allocate manpower to achieve daily operational targets and maintain warehouse productivity.
• Lead, supervise and monitor warehouse staff performance, attendance, discipline and work quality.
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, operational procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Plan and coordinate truck trips and delivery schedules for customers and outlets, ensuring efficient routes and avoiding overlapping trips.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Transport and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse and delivery operations.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety, workflow and overall operational efficiency.
• Prepare inventory, warehouse and operational reports for management.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations.

- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Responsible, disciplined, proactive and detail-oriented.

- Able to use inventory or warehouse management systems.

- Forklift driving experience or certification is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
