About the Company

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a commercially-driven Regional Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow key regional accounts.

• Develop and execute account strategies to support regional business objectives;
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships;
• Drive revenue, profitability, retention, and account growth;
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, renewals, and business proposals;
• Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and act as a key escalation point;
• Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer value;
• Coordinate internal teams across different functions and markets to deliver customer solutions;
• Maintain accurate account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline information;
• Monitor market developments and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities;
• Provide regular updates on account performance, risks, and commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in any discipline, or relevant professional experience;
• Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, or consultative sales;
• Experience managing large or complex B2B accounts across multiple stakeholders or markets;
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills;
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, services, or another B2B environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach;
• Comfortable working in a regional and matrix organisation;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
