We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Assistant to join Teo F&B Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru. As HR Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our HR department, contributing to the smooth functioning of our people-related processes and initiatives. Details:
- Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,200 (Based on Experience)
- Location: Tiara Sport World, Lot 7207, Jalan Pasir Pelangi, Pasir Pelangi, 80500 Johor Bahru, Johor.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation management
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including job posting distribution, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Supporting the onboarding and induction of new employees, including preparing documentation and orientation materials
- Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, ensuring all HR information is current and compliant
- Processing and coordinating employee leave requests, attendance records, and related administrative tasks
- Assisting with payroll administration and benefits coordination
- Supporting the organisation and execution of HR initiatives, training programmed, and employee engagement activities
- Handling employee inquiries and providing general HR guidance and support
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with HR policies and data protection regulations
- Performing general office administration duties as required to support the HR function
What we're looking for
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all administrative tasks
- A customer-service oriented approach with a willingness to assist and support employees
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Malaysia is advantageous
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Previous experience in an HR department or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in SQL systems and able to manage data extraction, reporting, and database-related administrative tasks.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
