Roles and Responsibility

· Responsible to gather and understand all work requests form customer.

· To coordinate the team and its activities to ensure all requests (Productivity and Quality) is fulfilled as per schedule and requirements of customer. (Attendance, Output, Target and Yield etc.).

· Responsible to perform an actual work evaluation of each Manufacturing Technician (MT) Level 1/ Level 2/ Level 3.

· Review operation methodology to ensure correction and improvement to its effectiveness in meeting Customer’s business and operation needs.

· Responsible for overall reports generation and sharing.

· Compliance with Customer safety requirement as well as customer Policy.

· To improve the team’s ability through on-the-job training so that the on-site MT L1/L2 will have more than one skill to allow them to service more than one service areas within ATM operation.

· To drive each MT performance, quality and career to the next level.

· Ensuring that Customer’s requests for additional resource to meet capacity requirement are reviewed and processed in a timely fashion and escalating performance issues.

Requirements

· Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma/Degree in Engineering.

· Minimum 6 years of related working experience.

· Willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
