Event Manager

We're expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to help organise exciting events such as food fairs, roadshows, exhibitions, and mall promotions across Singapore.

Salary: SGD $4,000 – $6,000/month (With Performance Bonus)

5-day work week

Office/Hybrid arrangement

Friendly team of 110+ colleagues

Work in pairs at every event

7–21 days annual leave

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate event activities and operations
• Lead and support the event team, assign clear roles and responsibilities to team members.
• Coordinate with teammates, vendors, speakers and clients.
• Handle event logistics, setup and on-site coordination.
• Ensure events run smoothly from setup to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer engagement and event experience.
• Manage unexpected issues and provide on-site solutions.
• Ensure effective follow-up with clients and prospects after events.
• Generate new prospects, referrals and business opportunities through events.

We're Looking For:

• Minimum Local Diploma, Private/Local Degree holders are welcome
• Positive attitude and team player
• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with people

Location: Harbourfront

Most events are conducted in shopping malls throughout Singapore.
