Role Description The Creative Event Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This position involves developing creative event concepts, preparing proposals, and translating client objectives into engaging experiences. The role includes coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing timelines and logistics, and overseeing event setup and teardown. The Creative Event Executive will attend client meetings, support budget planning, and ensure all event elements meet quality standards and brand guidelines. On event days, the role requires hands-on management of activities, problem-solving on site, and clear communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, coordination, and on-site event management.
• Strong creative thinking, concept development, and proposal writing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with design or presentation tools is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in event agencies, marketing, or brand activation is an added advantage.
