Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

  • Handle, process and recommend settlement of claims diligently in accordance with policy contract, company policy and procedures.
  • To ensure claims appeal from any parties/complaints are attended and respond within the benchmark set by the department.
  • Provide quality, prompt and claims courteous service to meet customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure outstanding claim files are reviewed regularly and ensure claim reserves are adequate with status updated.
  • To handle incoming enquiries from internal or external parties via emails, phone calls and letters.

Identifying potential fraud and make appropriate referrals.

Requirements

  • Pursuing Diploma or Degree or Professional Qualification in Insurance.
