Job Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers — while aligning hiring with business goals and improving efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support employee engagement through team‑building, communication, and daily HR operations to maintain a positive workplace.
• Oversee office facilities, vendors, procurement, and expenses to ensure smooth operations and cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; strong English communication skills.
• 3+ years HR experience, with hands‑on recruitment required; background in HRBP support or admin roles preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; skilled in data analysis and multitasking.
• Strong communication, coordination, teamwork; results‑driven and adaptable in fast‑paced settings.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
