MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Bayo Pay (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for motivated fresh graduates and young talents to join our 1-Year Management Trainee Programme and gain practical exposure in the fintech and financial services industry.

Key Job Scope

Depending on your assigned department, you will:

• Assist in daily operational activities, transaction monitoring and reporting.
• Support data collection, checking and preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist in monitoring transactions, operational KPI/SLA and identifying unusual or suspicious activities, where applicable.
• Support documentation, record keeping, fraud/chargeback review and management information reporting.
• Work closely with the respective Manager/Supervisor on departmental assignments, compliance requirements and ad hoc tasks.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Finance, Banking or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work effectively as part of a team

What We Offer

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 per month
• Allowance: Applicable allowance provided
• Contract: 1-Year Training Contract
