Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist Client Service/Account Managers in handling client accounts and projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Support in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and activations.
  • Help track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and update Shopperplus’ social media platforms, including scheduling and publishing content and ensuring content is aligned with brand and campaign requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting notes, and following up on action items.
Job Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work in Phileo Damansara 2
