PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are hiring a Systems Implementation Lead to support the rollout and adoption of SRG’s business applications across Asia, on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension depending on projects being rolled out.

As part of Transformation Delivery, you will support business engagement, implementation activities and post-go-live enhancements to drive successful adoption across Asia. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Group IT and vendors, helping to translate operational requirements into practical system solutions that enable the business, improve efficiency and support MAS and TRM compliance requirements.

You are a systems implementation professional with solid experience supporting application rollouts or enhancements in a regulated environment. You are comfortable working across business and technology teams, managing day-to-day implementation tasks and keeping projects on track.

You take ownership of your workstream, communicate clearly and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment where priorities can shift as new initiatives are rolled out.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The key responsibilities for this role are:

• Support Asia business stakeholders in defining operational needs and translating them into clear system requirements for application rollouts and enhancements.
• Support rollout and deployment activities across markets, ensuring implementation tasks are completed on time and in line with Group IT SDLC and governance standards.
• Assist with requirements gathering for system enhancements and new initiatives, including Group IT or UK-led programmes extending into Asia.
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact between business users, Group IT, vendors and implementation partners, escalating issues where needed.
• Plan and execute UAT, including preparing test scripts, coordinating testers, tracking defects and supporting sign-off.
• Support training and change management activities to help drive user adoption of new systems and ways of working.
• Monitor post-go-live system performance and user feedback, logging issues and coordinating fixes with Group IT and vendors.
• Support the management of vendor deliverables and timelines, escalating delivery or quality concerns where required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, test plans, issue logs and status reporting.
• Work with operations and compliance teams to support process standardisation across systems.
• Contribute ideas on process or system improvements, including opportunities for automation and emerging technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years' experience in business analysis, systems analysis, systems implementation or IT project support.
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements or rollouts, ideally including post-go-live support.
• Working knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping and UAT.
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Exposure to regulated environments (e.g. MAS and TRM frameworks) an advantage.
• Familiarity with insurance broking or financial services environments preferred.
• Exposure to cross-market or regional projects an advantage.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
