Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,300 di KL-Kepong Rubber Products Perak - Maukerja

• Ensure goods are received correctly against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and packing lists.
• Verify quantity and inspect goods for damages or defects before storage.
• Ensure materials and chemicals are stored safely, systematically, and in designated locations.
• Monitor accurate and timely issuance of materials and chemicals to departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange stock replenishment based on Min-Max stock levels.
• Ensure the Epicor system is updated accurately to match physical stock.
• Perform and supervise weekly stock checks and monthly stock take activities.
• Handle weighbridge and forklift operations when required and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace in accordance with 5S and safety requirements.
• Supervise, monitor, and evaluate subordinates’ performance and discipline within the plant.
• Train and guide warehouse staff to improve work performance and compliance with procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, stock status, and staff performance.
• Ensure timely reporting of damages, discrepancies, and operational issues to management.
• Perform any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business, Engineering or any relevant fields.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in inventory control and familiar with any warehouse software related.
• Supervisory skills and able to lead a team.
• Priority to those who can drive forklift.
• Able to work in Ipoh, Perak.
