What You’ll Be Doing

As a

Sales Consultant

, you will deliver a seamless customer journey by leveraging strong product knowledge, providing accurate guidance, and offering professional service aligned with PML standards.

Responsibilities

Develop

comprehensive product knowledge

, including competitor models and market trends

Analyse

pricing strategies, promotional offers, and new model launches

to advise customers effectively

Provide

accurate advice

on financing and insurance solutions

tailored to customer needs

Guide customers

through Land Transport Authority (LTA) guidelines and processes to

ensure compliance and smooth transactions

Manage the entire sales process

from initial contact to post-delivery follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience

Deliver exceptional customer service

with professionalism, integrity, and care to build trust and loyalty

Competencies and qualifications

Minimum

Diploma

or equivalent qualification

Minimum

2 years of retail continental car sales experience

Possess a valid

Class 3 driving license

Proficient in using

digital tools

and comfortable adopting new

technologies

Skilled in creating and engaging with

content on social media platforms

Sales-driven

and

target-oriented

with a proven strong sales track record

Self-motivated

and proactive with a strong drive to achieve targets

Ability to perform effectively in a

fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Customer-centric

mindset with a proactive and service-oriented approach
