Job Title: Management Trainee (Salon & Wellness Operations)

Job Level: Junior/Entry Level

Department: Beauty Department

Location: Singapore

Salary: $3,700/month

Working days: 5-6 days a week

Key duties and responsobilities:

• Assist in daily wellness studio operations, including customer scheduling, client registration, and front-desk support
• Ensure excellent customer service by handling client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly
• Staff management
• Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and beauty artists to deliver smooth and high-quality sessions
• Support wellness events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance client engagement
• Monitor salon upkeep, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Learn inventory management, including ordering and tracking wellness products or supplies
• Participate in training programs to develop leadership, operational management, and client relations skills
• Prepare basic reports on client attendance, service feedback, and operational performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Finance) to align operations with business goals
• Contribute ideas to improve service delivery, client experience, and operational efficiency

Role qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Passionate about being trained in Operations and willing to learn.
• Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, confident, and a leader type.
