Job Description & Requirements
1. Full time admin job at location nearby Eunos MRT
2. Working hours from 9am to 6Pm
3. Working from Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on the progress of ongoing projects.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure production is proceeding according to the agreed schedule.
Regularly obtain production updates, photos and completion status from suppliers.
Prepare and update project progress reports for internal and client reference.
Maintain project trackers, including project status, outstanding items, deadlines and next actions.
Follow up with clients, suppliers, designers and internal teams on project-related matters.
Handle routine project-related email correspondence independently.
Follow up on drawing approvals, material confirmations, visual files, production schedules, shipment and installation dates.
Ensure outstanding items are followed up and closed within the required timeline.
Highlight any delays, production issues or potential project risks to the Project Manager / Director promptly.
Assist the Project Manager / Director with general project coordination and documentation.
