Role Description

The Educational Consultant at Borneoinspire Training And Consultancy Sdn Bhd will design and deliver training programs, workshops, and advisory sessions for schools, educators, and institutional clients. This contract, on-site role based in Sarawak, Malaysia involves assessing client needs, proposing tailored educational solutions, and supporting implementation of best practices in teaching and learning. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to develop learning materials, frameworks, and reports, and will provide ongoing guidance and feedback to clients to help them achieve their educational goals. The role also includes facilitating presentations, conducting follow-up evaluations, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of the company’s training offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to analyze learning needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Consulting skills to manage client engagements, provide clear recommendations, and support change within educational settings.
• Excellent Communication skills, including presenting to groups, writing clear reports, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Customer Service orientation to build trust, respond to client inquiries, and maintain productive long-term relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Experience working with schools, training centers, or education-focused organizations in Malaysia or the region.
• Ability to work on-site in Sarawak, manage multiple projects, and adapt to different institutional cultures.
• Proficiency in developing training materials, using digital tools for learning, and evaluating program outcomes is an advantage.
