We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor (C&S & Interior Design) to join our project team.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities for Civil & Structural (C&S) and Interior Design (ID) works.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and other site personnel.
• Monitor work progress and report any delays, site issues, or discrepancies to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, safety, and quality requirements are met.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Check materials delivered to site and ensure they comply with project requirements.
• Assist in resolving site technical and construction-related issues.
• Maintain proper site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
• Ensure the site is maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Candidates with CIDB-related qualifications/certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant on-site construction experience.
• Experience in C&S and Interior Design (ID) works is preferred.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and details.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and quality control.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
