Job Responsibilities:

• Design, configure and maintain network infrastructure supporting Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Fault Management Systems (FMS)

• Install, configure, test and troubleshoot servers, network devices and system applications

• Support integration between IT networks, building systems and operational technology

• Monitor network and system performance, availability and security

• Support project implementation, system migration, testing and commissioning

• Troubleshoot network, server and application issues

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders

• Prepare technical documentation including network diagrams, test plans and operating procedures

• Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades and patch management

• Ensure compliance with IT, cybersecurity and operational standards

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics Engineering or related field

• Experience in network engineering, system administration or infrastructure support

• Experience with BMS, EMS, FMS, SCADA or IoT systems will be an advantage

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, firewalls and VPN

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux and virtualization will be an advantage

• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, OPC, MQTT or SNMP will be an advantage

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a project team

• CCNA, CCNP, Network+, ITIL or relevant certifications will be an advantage
