Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct learning sessions according to lesson plans.
• Support children's learning, communication, behaviour and social development.
• Assist children during classroom activities, play sessions and routines.
• Prepare teaching materials and learning resources.
• Observe and record children's progress.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's development.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety.
• Work closely with therapists, educators and the management team.
• Participate in meetings, training and company programmes.
• Follow company SOPs and documentation requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

• Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, Education, Or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience working with children is an added advantage.
• Passionate about children's development.
• Patient, caring and responsible.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Willing to learn and attend training.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
