• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, coffee, tea, and handcrafted drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, answering customer enquiries, and handling requests professionally.
• Operate the POS and cashier system accurately and process customer payments.
• Maintain consistent food and beverage quality, presentation, portion, and serving standards.
• Keep the counter, bar, dining area, and workstations clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning, restocking, and basic outlet setup.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving, storing, and replenishing ingredients and supplies.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily outlet operations.
• Assist with customer feedback and service recovery when required.
• Support other operational duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B, customer service, barista, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior F&B experience are welcome to apply, with training provided.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Good personal hygiene and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
• Able to follow recipes, SOPs, and instructions accurately.
• Basic cashier/POS knowledge is an advantage.
• Own transport is an advantage, depending on outlet location and shift requirements.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
