• Working hours – Monday to Saturday, 0800 to 1700hours

About the role

The QAQC Lead is responsible for overseeing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities across project construction and operational processes. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, client requirements, ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The QAQC Lead will manage quality inspections, audits, documentation, defect resolution, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve excellence in project delivery.

Key responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain project QA/QC procedures, work instructions, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality control checklists.

Establish and monitor project quality assurance programs and quality objectives.

Ensure all quality-related documents are properly controlled, updated, and maintained.

Plan, coordinate, and participate in site inspections and testing activities.

Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and quality standards.

Conduct surveillance and inspections of subcontractors' work.

Identify non-conformances, defects, and quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities on quality-related matters.

Investigate quality-related issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare and submit periodic QA/QC reports, inspection reports, audit reports, and quality performance summaries.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of QA/QC, quality management, inspection, or process audit experience.

Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, Infrastructure, or Engineering projects is preferred.

Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards.

Relevant QA/QC or quality-related certifications.
