About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Product Configuration & E-commerce Operations Specialist to help manage our growing range of products, stores, and systems. You’ll work across e-commerce platforms, product setup, testing, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with our product, operations, and tech teams to ensure products are configured correctly and customer journeys work smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is organised, technically curious, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable learning new systems.

What you'll be doing

Set up and maintain products across platforms such as Shopify, and other internal systems.

Configure product options, pricing, variants and product information.

Support new product launches and updates across our stores.

Maintain product collections, templates, tags and related information.

Test products and customer journeys from product selection through to order and fulfilment.

Identify, troubleshoot and follow up on product, pricing and system issues.

Work with internal teams, vendors and technology partners to resolve issues.

Help improve product setup processes and operational workflows.

Document processes and solutions where useful. What we're looking for

Some experience with e-commerce, product catalogues, systems or operations.

Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Comfortable working with different software, platforms and systems.

Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Good communication skills and ability to work across different teams.

Curious and willing to learn how systems work and investigate issues independently.

Nice to have

Experience with product configuration, catalogue management or e-commerce operations.

Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.

Experience with print-on-demand or personalised products.

Familiarity with fulfilment or order-management systems. Updated 3 Sep 2026

Basic knowledge of scripting, coding or automation and an interest in using technology to improve repetitive processes.

Exposure to APIs, integrations or connecting different systems is a bonus, but not essential.
