What you'll be doing

• Support patient and payor billing, payment collection and follow-up on outstanding balances

• Handle basic enquiries relating to invoices, payments and account matters

• Process vendor invoices and staff claims, ensuring accurate and timely recording

• Assist with account reconciliation and month-end closing, including preparation of basic journal entries

• Support audit preparation by providing relevant documents and records

• Assist with tracking and monitoring of funding and related financial matters

• Perform other finance and administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline

• Relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, accounts receivable or accounts payable will be considered

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

• Good attention to detail with strong numerical and organisational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
