At Moxy, we know that a great stay starts with a great environment. We're looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Coordinator) to help keep our hotel running smoothly while ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable experience.

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Coordinator), you'll support the daily operations of the Housekeeping team by coordinating room assignments, managing room status updates, and working closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to ensure guestrooms are ready when our guests need them.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily Housekeeping operations and support room readiness across the hotel.
• Run room status reports, identify discrepancies, and work with Front Office to resolve them promptly.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping Crew members.
• Prioritize room cleaning based on arrivals, departures, VIPs, and operational needs.
• Monitor and update room statuses, including vacant dirty, inspected, and Do Not Disturb rooms.
• Follow up on rush rooms and ensure guestrooms are ready within required timelines.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and housekeeping reports.
• Support guest requests and assist in delivering a smooth and memorable guest experience.
• Uphold Marriott and Moxy cleanliness, safety, and quality standards at all times.
