Boutique Assistant — CaryaZara, KL East Mall

CaryaZara is looking for a friendly and motivated Boutique Assistant to join our team. You will help customers find their perfect outfit, support daily boutique operations and contribute to the store’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Boutique Assistant

• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service, including personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
• Explain product features, materials, sizes and fit clearly to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
• Work towards achieving individual and boutique sales targets through proactive customer engagement, product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle payments, packing, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock counts and replenishment, ensuring products are properly organized and stock discrepancies are reported promptly.
• Monitor the boutique’s cleanliness, tidiness and overall presentation, ensuring fitting rooms, counters, shelves and product displays remain neat and welcoming throughout the day.
• Arrange and refresh product displays according to company guidelines, highlighting new arrivals, promotions and seasonal collections.
• Build positive customer relationships, respond professionally to enquiries and concerns, and encourage repeat purchases.
• Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing duties, and work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by HQ or the supervisor, along with other duties related to boutique operations as required.

Job Requirement:

• Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service;
• Knowledge of fashion trends and styling to provide useful advice to customers.
• Friendly, outgoing and able to handle both in-person and virtual customer interactions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Academic / Professional Qualifications - SPM / Diploma
• Work Experience - At least 1 year of experience in sales / operations / stock management in a retail environment
• Candidate must be willing to work at Caryazara, KL East Mall

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
