Job Overview

We are looking for a Luxury Partnership Manager to develop and maintain business relationships with fashion and premium brand partners. This role will work closely with internal teams across product development, merchandising, sourcing, production, and supply chain to support partnership opportunities and deliver projects smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with luxury, premium, and fashion brand partners.
• Identify potential partnership opportunities and support business development activities.
• Understand partner requirements and coordinate suitable product and manufacturing solutions.
• Work closely with design, product development, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, product development activities, and key deliverables.
• Support discussions on product specifications, quality requirements, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor partnership projects and follow up on key actions to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare presentations, business updates, proposals, and partnership reports.
• Maintain regular communication with regional and international stakeholders.
• Gather market and customer insights to identify opportunities for future collaboration.
• Support long-term relationship building with existing and potential brand partners.
• Assist in improving partnership processes and overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in partnership management, business development, account management, fashion, apparel, or related industries.
• Experience working with premium or international fashion brands will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of product development, sourcing, or apparel supply chains is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with regional and international teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business tools.
