Role Description

• Lead and manage the Sales & Business Development team

• Develop strategies to achieve sales, revenue & margin targets

• Develop new customers, markets and business opportunities

• Manage key accounts and customer relationships

• Drive brand development and new product launches

• Monitor pricing, competitors, market trends and sales performance

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and reports

• Work closely with Marketing, suppliers and other departments

• Monitor stock, slow-moving products and product clearance

• Set KPIs and ensure sales team performance

• Support the Managing Director in commercial and strategic planning

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Sales team, preferably in F&B / Food Industry

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth

• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Good commercial, reporting and budgeting skills

• Good knowledge and interest in food / hospitality industry

• Strong customer relationship-building skills

• Results-driven, proactive and good at problem-solving

• Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
