They are currently expanding their cost and contract team and are looking for a skilled Senior Contract Executive to join them.

About The Job

• Tender Management: Draft tender documents, manage the bidding schedule, conduct interviews, and prepare award recommendations.
• Cost & Budget Control: Monitor project cash flow, verify Bills of Quantities (BQ), and conduct cost research to keep projects within budget.
• Claims & Payments: Attend site valuations, review progress claims, and ensure timely issuance of payment certificates.
• VOs & Final Accounts: Assess and verify variation orders (VOs) against drawings and finalize accounts accurately.
• Contract Support: Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to resolve day-to-day commercial issues.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 6 years of contract management experience within property development.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of full project life-cycles and standard construction contracts (e.g., PAM).
