About the Role
As a
Client Campaign Lead
, you will act as the direct liaison between our major client portfolio and consumer audiences. You will lead on-site activations, execute promotional roadshows, and drive direct customer engagement strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Execute interactive direct marketing campaigns and roadshow activations.
Deliver articulate, persuasive brand pitches to prospective customers in live event settings.
Identify customer needs and deliver customized product/service offerings to close acquisitions on-site.
Track daily engagement metrics and contribute to overall campaign performance reviews.
Mentor and onboard junior team members as you advance through leadership development tiers.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation capabilities.
Natural leadership qualities, high emotional intelligence, and self-motivation.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
Degree or background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality is preferred but not required.
