Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with clients and prospects to secure new business and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance to the management.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related position.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, and customer relationship skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel or attend client meetings and sales events when required.
