Job Summary
Responsible for delivering excellent service at all times for collection/delivery of rental cars and other operational tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
Complete vehicle collection, delivery, and chauffeur-driving assignments promptly and with high quality to meet service standards
Follow company policies and code of conduct consistently to maintain operational integrity
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Suggest improvements to operational procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, parking lots, and storage areas to ensure safety and readiness
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Class 3 driving license
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate self-motivation and conscientiousness to achieve results with integrity
Collaborate effectively as a team player and build positive working relationships through good communication
Present a professional image through appropriate grooming, dress, and behavior
Tribecar is an on-demand, car-sharing service. Members of our service can use their smartphone to gain access to Tribecar's cars that are parked at over 1300 convenient locations in Singapore. Our car sharing service is accessible to these members 24 x 7, with no minimum booking length.
