Wedding Event Organizer Job Description (JD)

Position: Wedding Event Organizer / Wedding Planner
Department: Events & Operations
Reports To: Event Manager / General Manager

Job Summary

The Wedding Event Organizer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing wedding events from initial client consultation through event completion. This role ensures all wedding details are organized and delivered according to the couple's expectations, budget, and timeline while maintaining high standards of customer service and event quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand wedding requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations.
• Develop wedding concepts, themes, schedules, and event timelines.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and event budgets.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, florists, photographers, entertainers, and transportation providers.
• Manage all pre-event planning activities and client communications.
• Conduct site visits and venue inspections.
• Coordinate wedding rehearsals and pre-event briefings.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown on the wedding day.
• Ensure all vendors and service providers perform according to agreed standards and timelines.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
