  Requirements
  
  
  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Application Support, Production Support, Cash Management, Payments, SWIFT, Financial Services, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to interpret functional and technical processes.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  5. Ability to prioritise tasks and respond effectively in a time-sensitive operational environment.
  6. Experience with SWIFT, Payments, Cash
     

  This role supports critical payment and cash management services operating across multiple markets and time zones. Coverage outside standard business hours may be required to ensure continuous monitoring and timely incident resolution.

  1. Weekend rotation support (compensated with 2 consecutive off days during the week).
  2. Public Holiday support (compensated with 1 replacement off day).
  3. Early shift arrangements (7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm) to support regional operations.
  4. Occasional after-hours support during critical incidents to ensure service continuity.
