Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality operational and business support to senior management and BU Heads
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense processing with accurate documentation
• Prepare and format presentations, reports, and meeting materials
• Support business planning and departmental meetings with end-to-end coordination
• Organize internal events, offsites, trainings, and guest logistics
• Maintain documentation systems for easy access and consistency
• Liaise professionally with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring high service standards
• Take ownership of operational, research, and project-based tasks proactively

What We Expect

• Experience in operations/coordinator roles within medium-to-large corporate environments
• Ability to support senior stakeholders with discretion and sound judgment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal) with collaborative stakeholder management
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality output
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong formatting skills
• Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and events in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Concur or Siebel, or ability to learn new systems quickly
