Job Description & Requirements
We are a Facilities Management Company. For candidates with experience in facilities will be considered for Facilities Executive role.
Responsibilities:
Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintaining high service quality.
Monitor facilities management expenditures, track utilisation, and support budget planning to ensure financial discipline.
Coordinate with business units to perform ad hoc/scheduled maintenance
Attend weekly site meetings with all stake holders.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to teams.
Coordinate closely with contractors/sub-contractors or site teams to ensure delivery of result.
Provide Project Management support as required on other projects.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Positive attitude, eager to learn, proactive and inquisitive
Good verbal and written communication skill
