Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to support our HSE documentation and assist the Compliance Executive in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HSE documents, records, and reports
  • Support internal audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions
  • Assist in incident investigations and corrective action follow-up
  • Coordinate safety training and maintain training records
  • Monitor safety permits, licences, and renewal deadlines
  • Conduct workplace inspections and document findings

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in OSH, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience1–3 years in HSE coordination or documentation role

CertificationGreen Book / Yellow Book is an advantage

SkillsProficient in MS Office; strong documentation and organisational skills

KnowledgeFamiliar with Malaysian HSE regulations (OSHA, EQA, FMA)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
