Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Admin (Fresh Graduate) to support our recruitment processes and assist in general HR administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to begin their HR career and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:

• Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.)
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
• Liaise with hiring managers on staffing needs and updates.

HR Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain and update employee records in both hard and soft copies.
• Assist in compiling attendance records and leave tracking.
• Help coordinate new staff orientation and training schedules.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation according to HR policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field or SPM holder.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
