Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and host live streaming sessions to promote products and support sales campaigns.
• Lead and manage a team of Live Hosts, including training, scheduling, coaching, and performance supervision.
• Conduct live streaming sessions confidently and professionally, with strong audience engagement and product presentation skills.
• Ensure all live sessions meet quality standards, follow platform guidelines, and align with the Company’s brand image.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, popular content formats, and competitor activities to increase live stream engagement and sales performance.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to prepare engaging scripts, visuals, promotions, and content ideas for live sessions.
• Track and analyze live stream performance, including viewers, engagement, sales, conversion, and other relevant KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs related to live hosting activities to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Train and motivate Live Hosts to improve their hosting skills, product knowledge, audience engagement, and overall performance.
• Manage Live Host schedules and ensure sufficient manpower and smooth execution of all scheduled live sessions.
• Identify performance gaps and provide coaching or corrective actions where necessary.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks related to live streaming as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in live streaming, live hosting, or digital content creation.
• Must have hands-on experience conducting live streaming sessions, preferably on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada.
• Must have previous experience leading, supervising, or managing a team of Live Hosts or related team members.
• Proven experience in live streaming, hosting, or digital content creation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident, energetic, and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Good understanding of social media trends, live stream formats, audience engagement tactics, and content strategies.
• Experience in planning and managing live stream schedules and campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting live stream performance metrics.
• Creative and proactive in suggesting new content ideas, engagement techniques, and improvements to increase live stream performance.
• Good knowledge of platform rules, policies, and compliance requirements related to live streaming, such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple live sessions and schedules.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing live streaming environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
