Job Description

The Builders Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to support project managers with daily site coordination, scheduling, documentation, and project progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities with project managers and site teams.
• Track project schedules and progress.
• Prepare reports, permits, and project documentation.
• Coordinate materials, procurement, and scheduling.
• Attend site meetings and prepare minutes.
• Arrange inspections and ensure site readiness.
• Maintain project drawings, permits, and reports.
• Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Knowledge of BCA regulations and construction processes.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore
