Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Sales Representative-Chiller di Midea Building Tech. Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities

1. Drive chiller product sales in the assigned region; acquire and nurture key accounts including design institutes, EPCs, and owners.
2. Understand project needs deeply, provide tailored product selection and technical support, and collaborate with engineering teams on bidding and negotiation.
3. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring smooth project closure.
4. Monitor market intelligence, competitor moves, and customer feedback to refine regional strategies.
5. Build long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Thermal Engineering, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of sales experience in central air conditioning or chillers; existing regional client network is a plus.
3. Solid knowledge of chiller principles, applications, and industry standards; able to communicate technical solutions clearly.
4. Strong business development, negotiation, and customer-centric mindset.
5. English working proficiency; willing to travel frequently.
