Looking for an Engineering graduate to join the semiconductor business as a Sales & Marketing Engineer – Account Servicing.

You will act as the key contact for assigned customers, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities, while developing customer relationships and supporting business growth.

Any Engineering background will be considered — Electrical & Electronics Engineering is not mandatory.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, supporting pre- and post-sales activities
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support throughout the sales process
• Conduct customer and market analysis to identify business opportunities
• Develop sales proposals tailored to individual customer requirements
• Monitor and provide regular updates on sales and production forecasts
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer and operational issues
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise customer retention
• Identify opportunities to support business growth and account development
