SALARY RANGE: RM4,000 - RM6,000

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries (data centres, HVAC, industrial sectors).
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
• Support the full sales cycle — from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical proposals, and commercial submissions.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions.
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Internship or exposure in HVAC, data centers, or industrial equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems or thermodynamics.
• Experience in B2B sales or customer engagement.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided).
• Strong interest in sales, business development, or technical solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn technical concepts (cooling towers, CDU etc.).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Comfortable with client-facing roles and occasional travel.
