Full Time Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Green Island Feed Mills Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Description

• Handle full-set accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedules.
• Process supplier invoices, customer billing, payments, receipts, and credit notes.
• Monitor customer collections, outstanding balances, and supplier payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and cost analysis.
• Prepare and submit SST, e-Invoices, and other statutory documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, customers, and government authorities.
• Support inventory reconciliation and manufacturing-costing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and Malaysian statutory requirements.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of full-set accounts and basic Malaysian taxation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SST, e-Invoicing, and accounting software is preferred.
• Manufacturing, feed-milling, agriculture, food-production, or FMCG experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
