Job Summary We are seeking an analytical, proactive, and commercially sharp Sourcing Specialist to join our purchasing and supply chain management practice. In this role, you will be the core contributor responsible for identifying strategic supplier capabilities, negotiating commercial contracts, and optimizing global supply streams to reduce the total cost of ownership. Operating at the intersection of production management, corporate finance, and logistics, you will mitigate supply chain constraints, execute vendor risk assessments, and establish sustainable partner networks. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven supply analysis with excellent communication skills to maximize asset utilization, streamline client onboarding, and support regional market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing Execution: Identify, evaluate, and source global and local suppliers for raw materials, finished components, or technical services that match strict operational blueprints.
• Commercial Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing frameworks, lead-time parameters, credit terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize cost efficiencies.
• Vendor Performance Tracking: Review, audit, and track global vendor delivery timelines, lead-time metrics, and compliance logs, executing structured supplier risk evaluations.
• Market Analysis & Costing: Monitor international commodity trends, analyze market dynamics, and build pricing data sheets to recommend cost-saving sourcing avenues.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central communication link between front-office sales desks, manufacturing supervisors, and warehouse logistics teams to synchronize material timelines.
• Master Records Governance: Own, audit, and maintain accurate contract master files, supplier registries, and Bill of Materials (BOM) pricing metrics within the centralized corporate system.
• Data Governance Compliance: Enforce strict information security standards across all digital and physical filing frameworks, ensuring complete alignment with corporate information safety guidelines and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) [Singapore].

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related industrial discipline.
• Technical Proficiency: High competency in utilizing advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications (specifically Excel for data tracking sheets, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables) and hands-on experience navigating enterprise ERP infrastructure (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
• Experience: Prior hands-on experience in a sourcing specialist, procurement executive, strategic buyer, or vendor management role—preferably within a manufacturing, technology, distribution, or logistics sector—is required. Fast-learning candidates with robust quantitative tracking records are welcome.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional negotiation manner and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder management style.
• Core Competencies: Outstanding structural logic, sharp numerical reasoning under tight project timelines, intense attention to detail, and a resilient team-player mindset.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,800.00 per month
