Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on
Assistant Manager
to join our team at Tonshou, Suntec City outlet! If you have a passion for the F&B industry and enjoy leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant operations
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
Handle inventory management, stock ordering and cost control
Manage staff scheduling and manpower planning
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly
Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and safety standards
Support training and development of new staff
Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum [1-2] years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role in F&B
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays
Good leadership and communication skills
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
