We are looking for a friendly, organised and responsible Academy Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day administration and operations of Music Bliss Academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage students’ monthly fees, attendance records and student administration.
• Coordinate classroom schedules, timetables and teachers’ availability.
• Assist in managing the Academy App, including student records, billing, invoices and receipts.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and overall condition of the Academy, including ensuring musical instruments and classroom facilities are well maintained.
• Assist with Academy promotions, student recruitment and business development activities.
• Support recitals, events, workshops and other Academy activities.
• Communicate and liaise with students, parents and teachers on day-to-day Academy matters.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure the Academy runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Some music background or knowledge of any musical instrument is preferred.
• Candidates with a stronger music and musical instrument background will be prioritised.
• Willing to work on weekends according to the Academy schedule.
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with students, parents and teachers.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling fees, attendance, invoices and schedules.
• Good multitasking, coordination and organisational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems, apps and processes.
• Positive, responsible and proactive, with a willingness to support Academy activities and events.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a music and education environment, takes pride in keeping things organised, and enjoys interacting with students and parents.

A formal music qualification is not required. If you play or have experience with piano, guitar, violin, drums, vocals or any other musical instrument, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
