RESPONSIBILITIES

Admin

• Assist management with ad-hoc projects and operational matters, tender preparation etc.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Office Operation

• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
• Reporting to Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operating Officer for operation progress in business.
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, recruitments, handle full spectrum of HR functions that include, but not limited to, the administration of all statutory requirement i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax, employees training (HRDCorp Claimable Courses).
• Responsible in preparing all Human Resources related documents such as offer letter, pay slips, promotion offer letter and termination letter.
• Maintaining accurate employee database, files and personnel information.
• Processing employees leave and sick records and the documentation in the system.
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status and similar records.
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.

Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD) Audit

• Act as Designated Person for GDPMD system implementation and contact person. Designated Person responsibilities:

a. Ensuring the GDPMD regulatory compliance system is established, implemented and maintained.

b. Reporting to top management on the performance of the GDPMD regulatory compliance system, as well as to identify and correct deviations from the established GDPMD regulatory compliance system.

c. Ensuring the awareness on obligations to comply with regulatory requirements and any other applicable statutory requirements and any decision thereof made by top management throughout the establishment and supply-chain.

d. Liaising with external parties on matters relating to the Malaysian medical device regulatory requirements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
