Kerja Separuh Masa, Senior Lecturer (Part-Time) – Civil Engineering di City University Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Supervise PhD research students as the appointed Main Supervisor.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to postgraduate students throughout their research journey.
• Conduct and oversee high-quality research activities in relevant engineering disciplines.
• Contribute to research publications, grant applications, and academic development initiatives.
• Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders on engineering-related projects.
• Support faculty activities and uphold academic quality standards in line with institutional and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional and/or academic experience in a relevant engineering field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in teaching and research.
• Prior experience as:
• Main Supervisor for Master’s students; or
• Co-Supervisor for Doctoral students until completion, in accordance with the Standards: Master’s and Doctoral Degree.

• Water Resources, Hydrology and Wastewater Engineering
• Environmental Engineering
• Concrete Materials and Structural Engineering

Pay: RM145.00 - RM150.00 per hour
