Job description:

Support S/4HANA transition projects, perform advanced SAP Basis administration with strong technical expertise and extensive hands‑on experience. The position collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure the availability, stability, and performance of SAP systems.    

  • Provide SAP Basis support on S/4HANA transition projects, including the design, planning, and execution of technical conversion.    
  • Analyze, plan, and deliver SAP Basis support for various technical and business projects, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
  • Design, enhance, and maintain SAP system architectures across on‑premise, SAP private cloud, and hybrid cloud landscapes to meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate installation, system upgrade, migration, system copy across legacy and cloud landscapes.
  • Perform system health assessments, deep‑dive troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with global hosting and infrastructure partners to ensure the availability, reliability, and operational excellence of SAP systems.


Profile description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or an equivalent qualification in a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP BASIS.
  • Extensive hands-on experience supporting SAP systems in both on‑premise and cloud environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge in administering SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solman, CloudALM and BTP based systems.
  • Advanced proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems, HANA and Oracle DB administrative.
  • Fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and security.
  • Experience in full-cycle system upgrades, migrations, or S/4HANA transition projects.
  • Experience working in cross‑cultural and global teams.
  • Good English language required.
