Kerja Handyman-Plumber, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,700 di USS Property Services Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• To inspect toilets, plumbing installations and sanitary fittings and other works such as carpentry, masonry, painting, tiling, welding (mechanical & electrical), and any other building maintenance-related works as and when required;
• To inspect car parking lots and ensure that the paint delineating the car parking bays is clear and repaint bays when necessary;
• To assist other technicians in the inspection and checking of all MEP installations to ensure their functioning and to ensure that regular scheduled servicing of the installations is carried out as part of preventive maintenance
• To check and inspect all lighting, fittings and timers to ensure their functionality;
• To attend to emergency and maintenance calls in the building during and after office hours;
• To attend to enquiries or complaints pertaining to common property;

Requirements: -

• Good discipline and positive attitude
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possessing a plumber certificate will be an added advantage
• At least SPM or IKM Tahap 3
• Able to start work immediately

Job Types: Internship, Permanent, Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
